Meningeal Approach:
Innovation & Integrated Health
The New Osteopathy and CranioSacral Therapy
The Meningeal Approach, developed by José Luis Pérez Batlle after more than 30 years of research, is an innovative therapy based mainly on the pillars of Osteopathy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Upledger Somato-Emotional Liberation to take it to the next level.
Respectful Approach
It is a therapeutic approach that seeks to support each individual in their healing path, with unconditional love and respect. This therapy considers that traumatic experiences that occurred before birth carry with them both a physical component and an emotional burden to varying degrees. Through this approach, the aim is to evaluate and accompany these traumas until their complete resolution, stimulating the innate self-healing and regenerative capacity of each individual.
Traumatic keys to our lives
In 1998, Pérez Batlle described for the first time the concept of “Primary Pull”. This primary tension, which affects most human beings, is gestated before birth due to the support of the fetal head on the rigid pelvis of the mother during the last months of gestation.
José Luis also explains how this mechanical stress is transmitted to the spine and towards the extremities and from the surface to the deeper neuro-meningeal tissues, favoring already from this early age possible injuries that often manifest themselves later in childhood or adulthood.
Another key moment in our life is childbirth, which is the most complicated compared to that of other mammals.
The consequent stresses and the associated emotional burden of the entire intrauterine and birth process can have a profound impact on an individual’s life, marking both their physical development and their personality.
“Thus are you born, thus are you.”
Is it my personality or did my birth mark me?
